Design type:

Built in 2019 by Danish builders with Danish wood (pine), the three-bedroom house has 228 m2 of living space on one floor and breathtaking views of the sea and Monte Brasil (the remains of an extinct volcano).

Indoor area:

The country house, built entirely of wood and well insulated, is exceptionally warm and comfortable. A pellet stove and Portuguese granite radiators are installed but are rarely used as the house does not need to be heated. In summer, open windows (all with fly screens) are sufficient as air conditioning is unnecessary. It features a large attached two car garage, two separate entrances to the house, an open plan living room and kitchen, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a separate guest area with 2 bedrooms and private bathroom and living area.

Outdoor area:

This beautiful country house is surrounded by a tastefully designed cast iron fence which encloses a lawn and a magnificent garden with white magnolia trees and a variety of shrubs and leads via a staircase to a sunken jacuzzi platform. The yard is divided into sections allowing dogs to roam and seek shelter in the kennels or in the glassed-in breezeway between the house and the garage, which also serves as a protected outdoor living space for the occupants.
